Sue Ross Legal are currently recruiting for a Duty Solicitor to join our client's Criminal Defence team based in Dewsbury.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you are a Qualified Duty Solicitor with experience in Criminal Defence.
Duties will include;
- Handling a caseload of work within the Magistrates Court
- Providing high standards of service to private and publicly funded clients
- Attending clients at police stations
- Providing advice and advocacy within the Magistrates Court
- Acting as Litigator on Crown Court cases
Our client will consider candidates with all levels of PQE from NQ+ but you must have the knowledge and ability to represent clients within the Police Station and Magistrates Courts.
