Advancing People are supporting an expanding company who are looking for a part time administrator due to growth, based in a village close to Bedford (own vehicle essential).

This varied and hands-on part time administration role will involve:

General office and accounts administration to support the business

Stock control and responsibility for overseeing goods in and goods out

Opportunity to update and create marketing material

Manual handling is required to make up pallets for dispatch (must be physically fit)

Meeting and greeting clients and visitors

This permanent part time role will be working 2 - 3 days per week Monday - Friday with specific days to be agreed, 8:30am - 5:00pm with an hourly rate of GBP9.50 - GBP11 per hour depending on experience.
