Job scope:
To work as part of the People Team supporting our staff teams to develop staff development in the organisation by enabling them to help improve the health and well-being of the people we support in order to attain positive outcomes.
Facilitate and deliver a comprehensive training and development programme including induction, Conflict Management & Resolution (PBM), leadership development, core and specialist training at regional level. This will include statutory and mandatory training and advisory service for all staff disciplines throughout the region.
To ensure the Region is able to contribute positively to the organisation's overall compliance requirements for Regulatory Authorities and Professional Bodies.
To lead and manage the trainers across the Adults division to ensure high quality delivery of learning and development across the division.
Regular travelling is required throughout the region and providing cover for other regions may be required.
Essential Requirements:
- NVQ/Diploma Level 3 Health and Social Care or Equivalent
