Southway Housing Trust is a "not-for-profit" landlord, based in Didsbury, managing and improving approximately 6,000 homes in South Manchester.
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Sales & Commercial Property Team for a Sales Advisor. We are looking for someone is customer focused, creative with a keen eye for detail. The Sales Advisor will be part of a team that covers the following key areas of business at Southway Housing Trust:
* Shared Ownership/Outright Sales
* Market Rent Property Management
* Leasehold Management
* Right to Buy and Right to Acquire
* Insurance Management
The Sales & Commercial Property team focus on developing the Trusts Shared Ownership, Outright Sales and Market Rent portfolio. We are seeking to recruit someone who can adapt quickly to change and take on daily challenges which come with working in a small but busy team. The right candidate will be able to self-manage, use their own initiative, prioritise their workload and work under minimum supervision.
Southway Housing Trust offers a 35-hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme, other staff benefits and 25 days holiday rising to 30 days
