Based on the outskirts of York, this busy office is seeking a M&E Revit Technician and a M&E Revit Coordinator to join their team producing a range of building services drawings and models in Revit.
Due to their business make up they are able to offer you an unparalleled range range of projects to complete from commercial buildings through to hospitals, university buildings through to sports stadia and everything else in between.
As a M&E Revit Technician you will be working with colleagues taking design information and inputting it on to existing drawings and models using Revit. Working under the guidance of more experienced colleagues, you will be encouraged to develop your skills and technical knowledge of both the buildings themselves and the software packages that you are using.
Career progression routes include team leadership, technical supervision and business development; this is a growing organisation with a track record of internal promotion and career development.
To secure a role here you must have some experience of using Revit, ideally within a work environment, be familiar with both HVAC and Electrical systems within buildings and keen to join a company that consistently rewards the people that ensure its success.
