The Role - Sales Product Specialist (Fluorescent Microscopy)

The role will involve:

Developing and monitoring a sales funnel, ensuring an adequate number of leads are feeding this funnel and using high conversion selling methods
Understanding the specifications, performance, pricing guidelines and USPs of all products
Carrying out instrument demonstrations to showcase products
Participating in product roadshows and hands-on workshops to generate leads and sales opportunities
Your Background - Sales Product Specialist (Fluorescent Microscopy)

To succeed in this varied and exciting role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

Degree educated or equivalent in a biological science field
Good understanding of the life sciences market and its customers
Previous experience selling advanced technology instrumentation, including microscopy products
Strong communcations skills and experience in consultative selling skills
Able to travel domestically and internationally on short notice
Multiphoton and lightsheet experience would be advantageous but is not essential
As is experience in super resolution, advanced fluoresence microscopy techniques and instrumentation
