Our client is a leading further educational establishment and employer of choice on the outskirts of York, whose academic departments undertake ground-breaking research which challenges their students to dream big and change the world. Due to growth our client has instructed Adecco to recruit a Student Office Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis.
As an Executive PA your duties with include.
Provide administrative support to the Student Administration team.
Manage the process of issuing and tracking student attendance.
Create templates for modular reports, assessment folders and course feedback sheets.
Email and Diary management.
Handle email and phone enquiries.
The successful candidate will have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, the ability to deal professionally with colleagues internally and externally to the business, be proactive, energetic, and positive mindset. Possess the ability to follow and complete processes, suggesting and implementing improvements as required and have strong IT and administration skills, including creating and formatting documents, report writing and email management. Familiar with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and optionally Microsoft Project.
This is an ongoing temporary administration role for at least 3 months.
37 hour working week.
Pay Rate is GBP10.00 per hour
This position will initially be remote working and therefore you will be required to have a working internet connection and own computer, or laptop would be an advantage.
