Registered Mental Health Nurse with community based experience? We need you! This could be the ideal role for you!

We are looking for Mental Health practitioners to work in a recovery Team in Blackpool. The successful candidate would ideally have community experience and would manage a caseload of patients with enduring mental health issues, who require secondary mental health services. They would help their patients to manage their issues and focus on resilience and building a future not limited by their conditions. They would be comfortable working autonomously and within current Mental Health policies and legislation.

The working pattern is generally between 9:00-17:00 Monday to Friday, however some flexible working may be accommodated. Use of your own vehicle is essential for the role. Pay rates are negotiable depending on experience and there is a contribution towards mileage.

As a Mental Health Practitioner you will be responsible for:
- Care planning
- Assessments and interventions
- Care Coordinating
- Liaison with other agencies

To be successful in this role you must have:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification
- Valid NMC PIN
- Experience in a NHS mental Health team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
