Customer Sales Advisor

Chapel, Bakewell & Ashbourne Agency are currently recruiting for several full-time posts in the position of customer services and sales support and are looking for applicants wanting long term employment.

The right applicants would need to be dedicated to providing a truly engaging and customer focused service, based on advice and trust. Each role would entail direct customer interactions in anything from general enquiries, claims handling, personal insurance quotes and financial services support. You would also anticipate supporting the functioning of the office and assisting with sales campaigns and outbound calling in a regulated environment.

An insurance or regulated sales background would be helpful but is not essential, we are more interested in the right work ethic and self-motivation. You would need to be experienced with and be proficient in computer usage, particularly Microsoft and Windows, and hold a minimum of Maths and English at GCSE grade C or equivalent.

We are well-established teams with an excellent working environment and have ambitious plans for sustainable growth. Our offices are based in Chapel-en-le-Frith, Bakewell and Ashbourne. Driving is useful but not essential for the right applicants. 

Our team prides itself on its long-term nature and responsible, hardworking ethic. We would be looking for applicants that would fit seamlessly into this.

Full training will be provided.

These are full-time positions with attractive holiday and pension entitlements. Salary would be experience dependant.
