How you will help us to make Zzoomm awesome ..
Your main role will be to manage the FTTP training facility in Zzoomm Training centre in Hereford, taking full control of design and delivery of all fibre training modules and other areas relevant to your expertise. You will work with external training partners where appropriate ensuring training is delivered to the right quality standards. You will act as Zzoomm expert in your area of expertise and will proactively participate in our Continuous Improvement programmes.

A day in the life of Senior Fibre Trainer ..
* Develop and manage Zzoomm training courses and plans in line with current requirements and latest industry knowhow
* Deliver training sessions as required
* Work in close collaboration with external partners to keep on top of the industry's innovative products and techniques
* Work out in the Regions and in close collaboration with HSEQ coaches and field management to help embed the training
* Work in close collaboration with the Standards and Continuous Improvement functions to ensure that training materials meets current requirements
* Work in close collaboration with regional management to address learning issues, instruction problems and relevant toolbox talk creation
* Administer training and accreditation records
* Act as a FTTP expert, helping regional teams to resolve technical issues
* As a FTTH expert participate in corporate Continuous Improvement programmes
Experience You'll Need ..
* Similar experience in a training delivery with a proven track record of FTTP training delivery to workforce at scale
* Experience in digital training development and delivery
* Experience in the creation of training materials
* Experience of delivering field based training
* Expert understanding of your areas of competence
* Excellent communication skills and a positive approach
* Ability to develop knowledge and competence overtime in line with the business and industry growth

Zzoomm was founded by Matthew Hare, Chief Executive, in December 2018, to bring full fibre to homes and businesses across the UK. Matthew is a veteran of the UK fibre infrastructure industry. He founded rural full fibre operator Gigaclear PLC in 2010 and was Chief Executive until the takeover by Infracapital in 2018. During 2018, he was recognised for his contribution to the development of full fibre networks with the award of European Fibre Executive of the Year, an OBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours and UK Internet Services Executive of the Year 2018
