S.H.E.Q. Administrator
Our worldwide client is seeking a SHEQ Administrator for their site at Tamworth, Staffs.
Duties are:
* Administer the companies time and attendance bespoke software system collating reports and making recommendations
* Reviewing and inputting risk assessments, safe systems of work, COSHH assessments, audits and any other SHEQ general requirements
* Handling the PPE requirements of the business with sole responsibility for ordering PPE and general clothing
* Championing paper free and electronic digital systems in the business
* Reviewing and implementing best practice SHE improvements
* Taking minutes and reporting on general operational meetings
* Investigating accidents and assisting in procedures to address near misses and improve general site safety
* Conducting new starter inductions, return to work interviews and handle general absence issues
* Adhering to fire safety regulations and undertaking necessary drills and legal requirements
* Monitoring compliance of waste contractors Duty of Care
* Handle staff training, keeping records up to date and booking training with external providers
* Review refresher training as required
SHEQ Candidates should be:
Either newly qualified or in a similar role at present
NEBOSH (or similar) certified
A very good communicator
Attentive and orderly
An excellent administrator
The ideal candidate will be newly trained, trained and looking for reduced hours and semi-retired.
