We are working with a Property Management company with a fantastic reputation for friendly and helpful customer service. Looking to grow the business we require a candidate who is happy to progress and develop their career within Service Management.
Your duties would include -
Providing excellent customer service
Dealing with various methods of communication, verbal and written
Answering phone calls with a professional approach
Acting as the first point of call for any queries
Raising complaints with contractors
Follow up on health and safety, reports and engineer works
Liaising with property managers
Attending various training events, progression opportunitiesYou'll be call-handling and accurately solving a range customer enquiries, you'll need to be confident using own initiative and have the ability to update systems and follow processes
