Ambitious and growing civil engineering & groundworks specialist based in Leicestershire is looking to add an experienced permanent QS to their management team in the business to help them grow.
My client is a groundwork and civil engineering company specialising in commercial projects for a varied client base Nationwide. From the modular industry to the petroleum & house building sectors they have experience across a wide range of industry sectors.
Providing national coverage they undertake projects of diverse size & timescale ranging from a single day to long term contracts. They have completed large scale groundworks and civil engineering projects on Ministry of defence bases, supermarkets, petrol stations, hospitals, holiday resorts, and schools across the country and can provide a turnkey service for projects ranging from GBP10,000- GBP(phone number removed).
They are looking for a full-time Qs to join their growing business, someone who has a strong Civils background, who is competent in estimating and bill writing. You would be joining a small but driven team and would become part of the senior management of the business. The client is currently turning over around GBP6million and are looking to grow that to GBP15m in the next 5 years. This would be a senior role and would require someone to be able to self manage and get involved in pushing the business to the next level. The successful candidate would need to be based predominantly at either the office in Ashby de la Zouch or Raunds Northants.
The client works nationwide, so flexibility to travel to site when required is a neccesity.
