Service Delivery Manager - GBP45k - GBP55k

We are currently assisting this prestigious IT organisation in the recruitment of a Service Delivery Manager to drive operational excellence through the organization as well as meeting the financial commitments.
Key Duties:
*Constructing functional working relations between the business, clients, vendors and subcontractor organisations, and managing the implementation of these partnerships to address business opportunities for the business
*Monitoring and measuring client satisfaction and customer experience for improvement.
*Accountability for quality of service and performance, ensuring future demand from growth and projects is understood and factored into capacity planning
*Proactively working with the client to identify their business objectives, priorities and directions, and applying this knowledge to establish and implement an account strategy
*Acting as the main point escalation for issues impacting delivery
