Express Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for one of Nottingham's most recognised and reputable employers. Our client is looking to expand their busy team, by recruiting a German speaking bilingual Customer Service professional to manage customer queries and provide administrative support.

Roles & Responsibilities
* Resolve customer enquiries via telephone and email
* Provide any administrative support regarding any queries
* Process customer orders onto a bespoke database
* Work closely with colleagues to resolve every query quickly and efficiently
* Support with general administration tasks as required
* Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the overseas customer support area
Skills & Experience
* Bilingual written and verbal communication skills essential
* Professional telephone manner and communication skills
* Experience in a specific telephone-based customer service role highly advantageous
* Strong IT skills, confident with MS office functions
* Ability to work under pressure, must remain calm during busy periods
Hours: Full time
Location: Nottingham
Salary: cGBP20,000 - GBP22,000 D.O.E
