Contract IT Support Analyst - City based immediate start

* Please be aware that this position requires you to be in the office for 06:30 in the morning, please bear this in mind prior to applying.*

My client, a medium sized financial concern in the City of London, needs a contract IT Support Analyst for a fairly immediate start

To be considered for this superb role you need to have the following set of skills

- 1 year plus good IT Support experience
- Ideally from a Service Desk background
- Service oriented approach
- Team player
- Windows experience
- Office 2010 - 2016
- Email experience
- Good telephony awareness
- Network understanding

The role includes

- Supporting all business functions
- Ensuring fast response to IT support queries
- 1st line support to help desk calls
- 2nd line support where applicable
- Job secheduling
- Occasional project based work
- User support
- System troubleshooting
- Working to provide an excellent level service to senior management
- Liaising with IT support partners

One aspect to this role that is very exciting is that there will be an encouragement to learn new technologies and become involved in DevOps/Agile etc
