Our client has an exciting opportunity to be part of a domestic abuse perpetrator pilot project and deliver programmes and interventions as a Panel Co-ordinator / Administrator.
As part of their Drive project, you'll provide administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of their Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Panel (DAPP) meetings and co-ordinated response to perpetrators of domestic abuse in Derbyshire. The role includes answering calls and emails, organising and supporting meetings and dealing with customer records and files.
Job requirements:
* Organise and schedule Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Panel (DAPP) and other service meetings - take notes, compile and distribute agendas - and follow up on actions from the DAPP and feed back to the chair accordingly.
* Routinely check accuracy of referrals.
* Collate data and research around the project and compile reports to support the team with the development of pilot schemes and with reporting to commissioners.
* Be the first point of contact for internal and external contacts, responding to enquiries over the phone, face to face and electronically from various agencies.
* Distribute case lists over secure email and update, file and store customer records securely.
What we're looking for:
* Someone with a genuine passion for helping others and an understanding of relationship abuse, risk management and offender management practices.
* Great communication and listening skills.
* Good level of literacy and numeracy to GCSE or equivalent level and good ICT skills including confidence using Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Experience working with private, confidential and complex information, dealing with customer files and updating records.
* A flexible team player with great organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
* Be willing to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as the service requires
* You'll be able to drive your own vehicle suitable for business use.
* The successful person for this role will need to be DBS checked.
