Restaurant Supervisor

We are currently open to receiving applications from self-motivated and positive Restaurant Supervisors who express the passion for fostering teamwork and delivering brilliant hospitality.
The Restaurant is the beating heart of THE PIG at Harlyn Bay. We offer our guests a daily changing menu which is dedicated to the ingredients grown within our own kitchen garden and fresh produce provided by our local suppliers. Serving hotel residents, private functions, and public reservations we can guarantee each service to be different, fun, and full of atmosphere!
This is an opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor to work alongside our Restaurant Manager in delivering the exceptional operation of one of the most exciting and award-winning hotels and restaurant groups in the UK.
As Restaurant Supervisor you will create an exciting work atmosphere with a culture focused on family, fun and community. You will be responsible for 'Bringing it together' for helping to lead and drive the daily operations within the restaurant. Our Restaurant Supervisor will support the Restaurant Manager by supervising the performance of the team and ensuring every guest has a positive experience with us.
Good communication and people management skills are a must along with the confidence and ease of working in an attention to detail environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience a Restaurant Supervisor, but this is not essential.
