Acorn recruitment is looking for a Service/ Warranty Administrator to work for a well-established company in Chudleigh to provide support for the Agricultural Service Team leader.

Essential Duties:

* Allocation of timesheets
* Opening of job cards
* Typing up of job cards information
* Batching of job cards and invoicing to customers
* Assisting in dealing with customers and scheduling works
* Processing warranty claims through to payments.
* Company and Department phone answering
* Proficient in use of Microsoft packages

Essential requirements:

* Experience in working with warranty claims or experience working in a workshop
* Agricultural experience

Preferred Skills

* Confident in the use of Computers, with ability to learn new systems.
* Highly organised
* Ability to work both in a team but also on individual basis.
* Attention to detail.
