Senior Integrated Security Systems Engineer.
What you will do
To install and commission: Intruder Alarms, Access Systems, CCTV and Integrated Security Systems. The successful engineers will install Security systems to the relevant industry standards, providing exceptional customer service with industry leading technical knowledge. We are looking for engineers who have the ability to identify and rectify problems before they occur. This is a fantastic opportunity for a time served Installation & Commissioning Engineer to work within a high performing team, focusing on a geographical region. How you will do it
Working with us to create a Zero Harm environment by maintaining a safe and secure work place and adhering to safe practices.
Provide excellent Customer Service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both the internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
Work closely with the planning team, ensuring your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritised correctly
Commissioning systems utilising your knowledge of Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Door Entry and Access Control Systems and/or Fire Systems; complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA Certificates or checklist as appropriate..
Preparation of installations utilising organisational skills. The role will require reviewing specifications, associated drawings, documents and equipment to ensure a smooth delivery of customer service.
Qualifications
What we look for
Experience with CCTV & Security Systems and hold a relevant electrical qualification (18th edition/ NVQ/ City and Guilds etc). Had or have previous experience working within Electrical Substation environments, hold a full clean driving license and have the ability to lift and climb ladders. The main specifics we would require is knowledge to programme and commission integrated security systems using products such as Indigo Vision, Honeywell Galaxy Intruder Alarms and have an understanding of Perimeter Fence Detection.
