A fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a renowned regional law firm with offices based in Reading. You will be joining a busy Commercial Litigation team, and this role would suit an experienced and ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor at the senior associate level.
Commercial Litigation Solicitor Key Responsibilities
As the Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will be assisting with a wide range of disputes, acting for both commercials, institutional and private clients. You will also be given the opportunity to work on general commercial litigation matters including IT contracts, professional negligence and company law cases.
The role will include some exposure to other areas of the industry which will include property litigation, construction and engineering disputes and some private client work (contentious probate and inheritance act disputes). This makes this role varied and offers personal development and learning opportunities.
Commercial Litigation Solicitor the Person & Package
The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of recent and relevant experience as a Commercial Litigation lawyer (or equivalent knowledge). This can be the perfect opportunity for you to establish yourself as a serious professional within the region. Salaries and benefits vary depending on experience with a guide of around GBP60,000.
