Just Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-regarded business in Sudbury - looking to add an Events and Marketing Administrator to their successful team.
Key duties will include:
Managing events from end to end, onsite training will be provided as required.
Liaising with customers, service providers and speakers to maximise the success of the event
Administration duties such as:
providing clients with monthly result sheets, chasing clients for communication plans, plan marketing programs and booking into console and diary systems
Identifying target audiences
Database segmentation
Coordinate with the fellow marketing team, internal sales and account management team
Communicate with clients to ensure content is supplied on time
General support to the sales team
Develop visually engaging HTML emails for the webinar promotion
List creation for email deployment
Landing page creation and promotional schedule set up.
Analysis of webinars and keeping spreadsheets up to date
Requirements for this role:
Prior experience with an ESP
Basic image editing in Adobe Photoshop
Past copy writing experience
Some knowledge of HTML & CSS
