We are seeking an internal recruiter / resourcer to help recruit clinical staff to the internal staff bank.

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

* Responsible for providing assistance to the Head of Psychological Wellbeing Hub - recruit, shortlist and select bank workers,

* Respond appropriately in a timely fashion to all enquiries via e-mail, telephone, letter or in person.

* Ensure all recruitment administration processes are carried out in line with current legislation and NHS Employers guidance including Eligibility to work in the UK, Data Protection, equality and diversity, confidentiality and DBS disclosures. .

* Maintain up to date knowledge of Terms and Conditions of service, Trust Policies and Procedures and Employment Legislation in relation to recruitment and medical staffing, in order to respond to enquiries.

* Provide reports on gap analysis utilising ESR, NHS Jobs and other systems as appropriate.

* Revise job descriptions and person specifications in conjunction with the Head of Psychological Wellbeing Hub as appropriate.

* Provide an efficient administrative service through the whole recruitment process for all the staff from the drafting and placing of an advert, providing applications for short listing, typing offer letters, initiating the preparation of contracts of employment, undertaking pre-employment checks and ensuring new starters are entered onto the ESR system.

* As appropriate, attend and advise interview panels on recruitment and employment check procedures.

* Ensure the relevant induction arrangements are in place for the staff including consultants, in association with the appropriate members of staff and other departments within the Trust.

* Ensure that appropriate paperwork is completed, providing comprehensive information to Payroll to ensure appropriate payments and attendance management can be undertaken.

* Identify sensitive/difficult issues arising from pre-employment checks and take appropriate action to resolve or escalate where necessary.

* Provide advice and support to recruiting managers regarding pre-employment checks including: Identity checks, Regulatory Body Registration, Disclosure and Barring Service checks, references, Alert Register, Eligibility to work in the UK, Work Permit applications, Occupational Health, employment history checks and any other necessary pre-employment screening for all new appointments.

This is a non-permanent role initially for 4 months but with the view of extension. Hours of work are 37.5 hours a week
