Salary: GBP38,800 per annum
Working Pattern: Full-Time
Contract: Permanent

OVERVIEW
As my clients Pre-Tenancy Specialist you will ensure that the tenancies that we offer are positioned for success.
This includes ensuring there is personalised support where this is needed, but also ensuring we have a strong overall approach - offering resources to those who want to become a tenant.
JOB DETAILS
Manage the tenancy renewal process, ensuring it is delivered in line with the policy so that tenants have clear and timely information about the next steps following the end of their current tenancy.
Working with the Tenancy Co-ordinator, and Pre-Tenancy Specialist to ensure that applicants and tenants receive an excellent customer experience
You will help housing applicants who want to become a tenant to become fully verified and able to bid on our homes, through to ensuring we charge them the right rent if they are successful.
Oversee our registration and verification service ensuring
Working alongside the Pre-Tenancy Specialist you will ensure that tenants are set up for success - and that they have the support required during their tenancy.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A person who delivers. You understand what the business needs, and ensure you delivery in a timely and effective way.
A great communicator, someone who lives and breathes our digital first approach - ensuring that all our communications have a strong customer focused approach
A customer focused environment, placing the customer at the heart of everything you do and delivering a high-quality customer service is something that you do naturally.
Possibly from a housing background, but a place where you can demonstrate that you have been able to support tenants to have successful tenancies - helping them with a strong base to help them realise their potential.
