Grade 8 - £34,728 - £38,890 (FTE) / £30,370 - £34,010 actual (per annum, pro rata)
Full time, Term-time plus 10 days
Do you want to work in an Outstanding School? If so, we are seeking to appoint a HR and Office Manager to join our supportive and successful College. This is a new and exciting opportunity to shape this role and our administrative, HR and recruitment provisions.
You will line manage and oversee our administration support services and will work closely with our HR Consultant to develop the HR and recruitment provision within College. You will manage low-level HR matters and support our staff members, whilst leading and coordinating the College’s recruitment activities.
We are looking for applicants with experience of successful line management and of undertaking a similar role. You will have an understanding of HR legislation and a qualification relevant to the position. Ideally, you will also have experience of leading on and coordinating large scale recruitment activities. Training and support will be given to develop you in this role.
