Salary: Circa GBP25K plus GBP10K bonus and blue chip benefits
This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Account Manager to join a Global high-growth Technology company based in Bristol
Having successfully worked with some of the world's most recognisable brands and with a number of exciting projects in the pipeline this year and next year, they are now looking for Junior Account Managers to join the team.
As a Junior Account Manager your primary focus will be the retention and development of existing accounts.

The company prides itself on training and mentoring of all new personnel and after a12 month period you will become an Account Manager with your own portfolio of clients
The Role:
• Create regular communications with client to touch base and share new service ideas / propositions
• Create a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty, by building solid relationships with customers
• Upsell cross sell add value long term relationships retention across diverse accounts
• Using commercial awareness and strong business judgement to help to maximise both revenue and profitability
Collaborate with internal departments (Implementations, Finance, Marketing) to share knowledge across teams
• Establishing and strengthening relationships with decision makers within allocated portfolio; earning trusted advisor status with all levels of the organisation through a collaborative and consultative approach
