Family/Care Solicitor
A leading national Lexel accredited practice is seeking a family/care solicitor to take over an existing caseload from a lawyer who is moving up within the organisation. The role will be based in the firm's Northampton office, but will see you join a much wider national team.
The ideal candidate will be an established solicitor with 3 years' PQE or more, and should have considerable experience in Care and Interim Orders, Emergency Protection Orders, Special Guardianship Orders, Adoption and Private Children Law. You should have strong advocacy experience and, if you don't have it already, an interest in working towards Children Panel Accreditation. The firm can offer a market rate salary with additional benefits and a clear and defined progression path within a friendly and collegiate team.
