The Customer Services Manager will be responsible for the overall retention and growth of the existing business for the company. Growing & developing a Customer Care Team to pro-actively engage with customers in demonstrating a helpful & approachable attitude.

The role:

To achieve the growth objectives of the company the Customer Services Manager will assume responsibility for:

Retention of Existing Contracted customers

Maintain a high-performance Customer Care culture within the team and be responsible for hitting & exceeding retention & revenue targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects.
Ensure customer retention and satisfaction through a customer feedback approach to client care.
