We are looking for a fantastic Supply Teacher to join the team at an "Outstanding" Secondary School in Leicester. The school needs a Supply Teacher to teach a range of subjects to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The role is to start January 2021 on a long-term basis, 5 days a week.

About the Role:
The successful Supply Teacher will have experience of teaching to KS3 and KS4. They must have Qualified Teacher Status; they will be able to effectively deliver engaging lessons ensuring pupils make good progress from their starting points. The Supply Teacher will be working alongside a supportive and high functioning team and will be expected and desired to work as part of that team.

We want someone with excellent classroom management skills and a can-do attitude, who teaches with an enthusiastic and dedicated approach. You will have successful experience as a Teacher and of working with children with challenging behaviour helping them achieve better results.
Key Responsibilities of a Supply Teacher
* Secure a high quality of teaching, effective use of resources and improve standards of learning and achievement for all pupils in consultation with the curriculum leaders, and school leaders.
* Teach to a KS3 and KS4 to ensure the effective delivery of the school's curriculum.
* Support and encourage children into achieving the best results they can.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to school life
* In consultation with the Head Teacher to undertake other identified areas of responsibility as necessary to ensure effective delivery of the school's curriculum.
