Infrastructure Support Engineer
We are recruiting for an Infrastructure Support Engineer in the Camden area of London. Working for a well-known Public Sector organisation.
As an Infrastructure Support Engineer you will need to have/be:
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
Accredited to ITIL Foundation Level or higher
Good experience of managing an Active Directory implementation in a demanding 24/7 environment
Good experience of providing 2nd/3rd line technical support to nontechnical customers
Good experience of incident resolution, requests, changes and problem solving activities delivered to agreed SLAsDetails:
Rate: GBP480.00 per day
Working Hours: Full time up to 40 hours per week.
Location: Camden, London
Duration: 3 month fixed term contractRole of an Infrastructure Support Engineer:
Authorisation and monitoring of access to IT facilities or infrastructure in accordance with established organisational policy
Investigation of unauthorised access, compliance with relevant legislation and the performance of other administrative duties relating to security management
Resolution (both reactive and proactive) of problems throughout the information system lifecycle, including classification, prioritisation and initiation of action, documentation of root causes and implementation of remedies to prevent future incidentsBenefits of working with us as an Infrastructure Support Engineer:
