Multi Skilled Operatives (three posts)

Salary: £27,179 per annum

Hours: 37 per week

Contract: Permanent

Based: Barnstaple and surrounding area

You will be part of the Home2Home team, carrying out work which is interesting and varied in customers’ homes and vacant properties. We are looking for Multi Skilled Operatives with a main trade in one of the following:

·  Carpentry to include Kitchen fitting

·  Roofing to include other external trade skills

A level 3 City & Guilds qualification or equivalent is desirable however proven experience is essential.

We also require you to have a minimum of experience in 4 other complementary trades such as plastering, masonry, bricklaying, tiling, painting & decorating. Please see job description for full list.

Good communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work on your own initiative are essential.
