Store Manager role;
You will provide a first class guest experience while supporting the increase of the food provision
You will understand the people you manage, mentor, coach and identify the training needs required to maximise profitability.
Exercise and adhere to company policies and procedures, ability to address any issue in store through the understanding of HR disciplines.Store Manager requirements;
Ideally from a people and customer focussed business
Excellent man-management skills
Experience of leading a team in a fast paced retail environment
Well-presented, articulate and have a real passion for delivering the highest level of service to company standards
if you are not afraid of a challenge with heavy lifting and shifts that go quickly as you are so busy, then this is the role for you.In return for your hard work the salary will be up to GBP30,000 plus excellent bonus potential and genuine progression in the business.
