Our client, are a successful manufacturing company, based in Edinburgh. On the back of a very successful year, a brand-new position has been created for an E-Commerce Logistics Coordinator to join an already high-performing team.
The Role:
* A customer focused position - data analysis, planning, process improvement.
* Projects - initially heavily involved in a new E-coms platform launch.
* Act as the "linchpin" between all departments, must be an excellent stake-holder manager.
* Capture of customer feedback and react quickly to demands.
* Work closely with IT Department to improve current processes as required.
The Candidate:
* An experienced Ecomms/Logistics expert - ideally with manufacturing experience.
* A systems expert - ERP/Excel.
* Expert communicator - comfortable at all levels.
* Highly analytical.
* Methodical, with a systematic way of working.
