HR / Recruitment Administrator | 6 Month Full time Contract | Lincoln, Lincolnshire | GBP18,500 pro rata

Our client is seeking to recruit a HR Administrator on a FTC basis (6 months), starting ASAP. As the HR Administrator you will be providing full administrative support to the HR team and will be an integral part of the HR Team, providing professional and proactive administration support to the Company across a range of activities.

Duties:

* Producing offer letters and contracts as instructed

* Liaison with the recruitment partner and candidates to ensure that all Pre- Employment checks are processed in a timely manner

* Producing and maintain information relating to recruitment and providing ad-hoc reports as required

* Processing all leaver administration that all relevant parties are notified within specified deadlines and producing reports as necessary

* Updating employee training records

* Supporting the wider HR Administration team with general administration tasks and projects

Required experience:

* Previously experience within HR Administration is essential

* You will be a good communicator who is able to work with Stakeholders at all levels

* Strong attention to detail

* Solution orientated.

* Ability to prioritise own workload.
