About the Job
Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading service maintenance and repair organisation based in Sheffield. Our client is looking for a temporary Account Coordinator, supporting the Key Accounts Manager and the Team Leader. This is a full time role, managing your own accounts and delivering the best possible customer service. This role has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Main duties include:
• Acting as the point of contact for key clients
• Delivering a high standard of customer service
• Handling customer calls and emails
• Responding to questions and queries
• Looking after your own accounts
• Preparing quotations
• Quotation follow up calls
• Liaising with other departments
• Identifying new business opportunities
Required Skills:
• An enthusiastic person with a can do attitude able to work on own initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Methodical, organised with ability to prioritise
• Accurate with good attention to detail
• Able to manage and respond to multiple issues at once whilst meeting deadlines
• Excellent IT skills
