Pertemps Crawley are looking for an articulate administrator, with current logistics/ shipment knowledge, to join a every growing organisation based in Burgess Hill.

Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager this is very administration heavy role responsible for creating and checking shipping documents to ensure timely delivery of products to customers across the UK & Europe.

Key duties will include;
- Processing customer orders efficiently
- Creating import/ export documentation for product shipments
- Liaising with Suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Ensuring shipments have correct certificates to meet custom requirements
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure all documentation for import shipments is prepared prior to arrival
- Collating various data reports via Excel

Person Specification:
- Strong administration experience in a logistics environment including import & export knowledge
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working independently as well as in a team

The Package:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Salary: Up to GBP22,500pa (experience dependant)
