Mpeople Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of our client based in Radcliffe (on a Permanent basis).

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and enabling the successful and profitable running of the company by processing and administrating sales orders made by the business' large retail accounts.

Key responsibilities in this role will include but not be limited to:

* Handling consumer orders (high volume), and dealing with queries received via email and phone and dealing with all issues to conclusion

* Using large retailer online portals

* Setting up new customer accounts on the CRM database

* Shipping goods in line with strict customer instructions

* Understanding supplier delivery manuals and completion of new line forms

* Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped out in a timely manner

* Logging any customer complaints and complete non-conformance reports as necessary

* Providing deputising cover for other members of the office team when absent

* Ensuring ongoing development of customer relationships through telephone and email conversations and following them up promptly

* Completing additional administrative and telephone duties as required in order to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office

Our client are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual that approaches all tasks and scenarios with a positive 'can do' attitude. Our client are looking for somebody that are a great team player, and that have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal). This role is very fast-paced so they are also looking for somebody that can work well under pressure, and that can prioritise their own workload.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have a minimum of 2 years' experience within a fast-paced administrative role. Experience working with key accounts or large retail accounts would be desirable. Experience in sales order processing within a manufacturing company is also desirable.
