My client, a leading serviced office provider based just outside of Watford are currently recruiting for a Centre Manager on a full time permanent basis.
The role will involved travelling between sites occasionally so you must drive and have access to your own car.
The role will involve -
Day to day centre management - including all documents, post and occupancy details are in order
Exceed planned sales, occupancy and profitability
Instigate and maintain company policies and procedures
Ensure all vacant units are ready to show at all times
Make sure all repairs are handled efficiently
Health and Safety
Financial Management
Business Development and Sales
Experience required -
Property or facilities management background
Leisure, hospitality or recruitment industry knowledge
Minimum of three years' experience
Microsoft Office experience
