Here at SC Johnson Professional we have an opportunity for a Sales Operations Manager Europe to join our team based in Denby, there will also be an element of European travel. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis in return for a highly competitive salary.

Key responsibilities of our Sales Operations Manager Europe:

- To ensure the efficiency & effectiveness of the Sales organization across Europe by proactively identifying bottle necks in the sales process & finding ways to reduce them to make the sales machine more productive

- Be a key partner for the Heads of Sales and Country General Managers across Europe in their 'go to market' planning

- Manage the Lead Generation team across Europe with lead generation and conversion providing data to ensure they direct their efforts in the most efficient way

- Undertake all relevant HR processes covering the employment life cycle, from recruitment to onboarding, performance management, merit, MS&D where relevant and including performance improvement planning if needed

- Using various applications & platforms to support the sales team by creating, analyzing & presenting sales data which can be used to provide day to day performance analysis and strategic recommendations

- Using analysis from SalesLogix to create insights on the sales team's performance and the size of End User pipelines

- Create a performance culture through dashboards of our current lead conversion end to end process

- Use internal data along with market and competitor research to help drive sales strategy

- Define sales process steps to improve conversions, shorten sales cycles & maximize wins

- Support the forecasting process by analyzing past trends and foreshadowing future trends to enable the accurate forecasting

- Set & measure KPI's and analyze performance metrics data, leveraging it to effectively coach and develop the sales force to ensure they remain focused on key areas of potential

- Use business intelligence to expedite and standardize a cadence of reporting which can be used to plan strategies and future operation goals effectively, the job holder to lead relationship between UK commercial business and the data team

- Collaborate with the European Finance team on standardizing Tableau reporting

- Collaborate with other departments involved in cross functional projects including: Marketing, Finance and IT

- Take the lead on ad-hoc projects to support the business as agreed with line manager

- Ensure that all Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to at all times, as well as ensuring the management of the Health & Safety at Work Act

- Active promotion and support for Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives, including identifying hazards and near misses, participation in audits and behavioural safety initiatives and developing and setting the standards to achieve

What we're looking for in our Sales Operations Manager Europe:

- Well versed in CRM systems preferably (url removed) (training will be provided on Sales Logix)

- Well versed in Excel or other business intelligence software

- Strong Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation skills (training will be provided)

- Experience working within a sales operations/sales analysis position

- Demonstrable experience of working well within a team and communicating effectively.

- Analytical & trend analysis
