An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an extremely competent Regional Administrator to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support for our client.
With excellent planning and organisational skills, you will maintain and develop a range of information storage systems including databases, spreadsheets and SharePoint resources. Demonstrating an efficient and professional manner, you will respond to queries through different mediums including email, over the telephone and face-to-face, using tact and diplomacy to ensure an exceptional standard of service . You will attend events, demonstrating your ability to take concise minutes and distribute to senior members. This role requires excellent attention to detail, as you will be responsible for effectively organising travel and accommodation for the Regional Secretary. With excellent interpersonal skills, you will develop and establish positive working relationships with internal and senior external stakeholders, including government officials and trade union officers.
You will provide well-organised and efficient support, demonstrating discretion and confidentiality in your approach to work. With a meticulous approach, you will extract, interpret and present data, including statistical information, using a variety of sources. With experience of providing high quality administration, you will be accustomed to managing a complex workload. You will be adept at undertaking a variety of tasks simultaneously and will be adaptable to any sudden changes in the priorities. The nature of this role requires an individual with good IT knowledge, as you will be required to prepare reports and presentations, as well as acquire new technology skills in business software including SharePoint, Zoho and Office 365 Suite.
