Planner / Admin Support

Pertemps Scotland Ltd are working with our client in Glasgow to recruit for an Planner / Project Support on a temporary basis.

This role will be based on site at Eurocentral
3 months temp to start GBP11.61 per hour

Main duties:
An administrator to support the daily co-ordination and administration
Warehouse systems experience
Microsoft office experience - particularly excel
Customer service experience
Logistics operations experience
Raising orders / returns. Dealing with queries
Dealing with suppliers re inbound stock
Dealing with transport queries etc
Updating KPI info
Essential Skills
Excellent organisation skills and aptitude for managing multiple time sensitive tasks to strict deadlines
Ability to work quickly but accurately under pressure, role requires strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience of Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook)
