Harper Anderton are working with an incredibly well established food manufacturer who are looking to recruit for their next Process Development Manager. The key purpose of this role is to manage the successful launch of the sites product lines in line with business strategies and achieving targets. You'll be managing factory scale up and technical project management for both NPD & EPD.
Day to day:
- Driving efficient ways of working and best in class implementation in conjunction with the NPD and Technical departments.
- Manage all parts of the NPD process, following handover from the NPD team to the point of launch.
- Communicate effectively with the wider business on all process development activities in line with the agreed critical path.
- Collaborative working with other site functions to ensure product launches and projects are delivered accurately and on time.
- Management of projects related to a change in existing processes, equipment or raw materials.
