Falcon Green are working alongside a Principle Contractor that specializes in high end residential projects looking for a Site Foreman. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to secure a long term opportunity.
The successful candidate will join a GBP40m project with 200 units currently at the shell & core stage. This would be a January start should your application be successful.
Site Foreman Responsibilities:
* Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
* Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
* Allocate general and daily responsibilities
* Supervise and train workers and tradespeople
* Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
* Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
* Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
Site Foreman Requirements:
* Previous experience in a foreman/supervisory role
* High-end work experience will help boost your application
* Carpentry background preferred
* Active CSCS card and other relevant tickets
