Gas Engineer - Servicing and Breakdowns
Loughborough
Permanent Contract, Basic salary GBP32,152 per year + (GBP3000 out of hours work on average)
Company van + fuel card + tools
40 hours work per week (Monday - Friday)
If you are looking to work with a large well established housing association on a permanent basis then this might be the perfect opportunity for you.
This company specialises in property maintenance. They are currently looking for a Gas Engineer to join their team.
You will be working as part of a small team on a mobile basis covering the city of Loughborough and the surrounding areas.
To be considered for this role as a Gas Engineer you must have the following:
• ACS Gas Qualified (CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CEN1 & CPA1)
• Own hand tools
• Full UK licence
• Previous social housing experience
The work will consist of the following:
• Servicing of boilers
• Reactive repairs
• Boiler breakdowns
• Testing and commissioning
• Working in tenanted properties
In return the Gas Engineer will receive the following:
• 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
• Pension - Company matches what you put in
• Health plan
• Company van + fuel card
• Ipad + mobile phone
• Power tools supplied
• Training paid for
• Call out rota paid at time and half (Mon-Fri)
• Call out rota paid at double time (Sat-Sun)
• Standby pay GBP25 per day
