Azure Infrastructure Engineer
GBP45,000 basic - 100% remote working
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Azure Infrastructure Engineer to play a key role in the growth and development of market-leading infrastructure operations.
The role of Azure Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying, configuring, and administering the Azure estate, whilst managing system migrations to the cloud.
As part of the Infrastructure Engineering team, the Azure Infrastructure Engineer will become the technical lead and subject matter expert for all Cloud (Azure & Office 365) matters across the business, helping to upskill other members of the team.
Working closely with the IT Manager, the Azure Infrastructure Engineer will also take the lead on exploring new technologies, working closely with third party suppliers, and help to plan future project activity.
Azure Infrastructure Engineer - Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of Azure and Office 365
- Technical background in Infrastructure/Support roles in a Windows Server & VMware environment
- Experience in maintenance/administration/support, as well as technical projects
- Ability to support and mentor other technical colleagues
- Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills
Azure Infrastructure Engineer - Salary & Benefits:
- Basic salary up to GBP45,000
