Due to ongoing success and business growth our client have restructure and this has opened up the opportunity for a Support Analyst to join their team. This is at heart a family business with the backing of a much larger business behind it.

Your new role
Your new role will see you sit directly under the IT Manager where your remit will encompass a virtualized Infrastructure, a hybrid exchange Office 365 environment, Networking (Cisco) and a heavy involvement with Microsoft SQL Servers. Our client are in the retail space so you will also have the opportunity to work with ERP systems where you will utilise SQL skills.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a background in IT Support, preferably coming from a background where you have had some involvement with data.

• Strong Desktop Support skills
• VMWare
• Windows 7 -10
• Office 365
• Microsoft SQL Servers (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS)
• Networking (Cisco)
