We resource, recruit and mobilise large-scale workforces to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients. With branches nationwide and over 1,000 clients using our services, we're committed to putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.
You will be leading the growth of sales for 2-5 branches, delivering performance results against budget. You will be an excellent people manager with the ability to support and motivate your regional teams, with a continual development mindset.

The Regional Business Manager Role
Demonstrate business acumen, understanding customers operation, challenges and needs.
Encourage your teams to deliver a positive, memorable customer experience.
Develop and work towards a sound sales strategy to strive to be the primary creator of opportunities and employment.
Grow the client base through supporting both Recruitment Consultants and Business Managers with business development and sales activity, including client meetings and sales presentations and pitches.
Set, manage and review Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to ensure achievement within all your branches.
Continually focus on the growth and development of the organisation, through growing existing clients and through new business opportunities.
Provide effective leadership and management of your team, across multi-level reports.
Nurture and develop those who have future talent potential within the organisation and provide coaching and development opportunities to support their career growth.
Execute the strategy and our brand identity for your region, adopting a collaborative leadership style with your fellow colleagues to ensure business success.

People management skills, with the capacity to influence and develop talent within your team.
A strong negotiator with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at a variety of levels.
A flexible, resilient, and innovated approach
What we need from you?
You will have proven sales experience including a track record of growing business; bringing on new business as well as developing existing clients.
Experience working within a regional capacity.
You will need a full UK/EU driving license, and a willingness to travel.
