Bilingual IT Service Desk Agent (German & English)
Bilingual IT Service Desk Agent (German & English) is required by a global Intelligence and National Security, Science and Technology organisation who are looking for a Bilingual IT Service Desk Agent (German & English) to join them on a permanent basis in their Farnborough office.
As the IT Service Desk Agent, you will be providing support to German and English customers, providing support on all IT-supported software and hardware and mobile communications. Responsible for the management, order and distribution of software, hardware and mobile devices and also for ensuring a high level of customer service for service requests. Requests will be received via phone, email or in person.

Essential Skills for the Bilingual IT Service Desk Agent (German & English):
Eligible for SC clearance
Fluent in German and English, to a technical level
Previous experience of working in a busy German speaking Service Desk environment
Hold or be working towards CompTIA A+ qualification
Support experience of Win 10 & iOS Operating Systems, Office 365 and Microsoft Office 2016
Experience of working to defined service levels
Strong customer service skills both via telephone and face to face
IT knowledge
Knowledge of ITIL
Desirable Skills for the Bilingual IT Service Desk Agent (German & English):
Knowledge of Active Directory
Understand Networking
ITIL Foundation V4 certification
