Litigation Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join a provincial firm in the heart of Essex.

The role is based in the small Litigation department and specialises in civil matters including possession, landlord & tenant, negligence, settlement agreements and contentious probate.

The role will include a varied caseload which the successful candidate will be responsible for managing with the support of a legal secretary.

The successful candidate will be a bright and enthusiastic individual who has experience running a Civil Litigation caseload within a fee earning capacity. You should be driven and commercially minded with a proactive and team approach.

2 years' experience in general civil law is essential.
