We are recruiting! Our European Finance Services function is seeking a Billing Manager to join them and lead a team of approximately 20 analysts and executives, based in Manchester. This role is responsible for the teams controlling the integrity of the data that is used to generate the content of the invoice. This is done through the deployment of proactive controls to secure right first-time execution, and prompt correction actions when errors are detected.

The Role:

As part of this role of Billing and Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for;

* Seamless orchestration and execution of price indexation and mass price changes.

* Seamless migration from Legacy pricing solutions to Pricing.

* Good governance over data and processes.

* Monitoring all critical data points within the invoice generation journey (from declaration to invoice).

* Identifying all critical Master Data related data points and lead the deployment of improved processes and controls.

* Timely and errorless invoice generation.

* Driving change and continuous improvement to both organisation and process, to meet the needs of the customer and business.

* Leading, coaching and developing direct reports to achieve personal and team objectives.

* Responsible for succession planning, training and team engagement.

* Providing a high quality Back Office support to the UKI business

You:

As an ideal candidate for this role of Billing and Pricing Manager, you should have;

* Proven people management skills and experience; managing, developing and mentoring a team of analysts and executives.

* A background of working within a team responsible for transactional flows, account structures, invoicing and pricing.

* Experience of being an implementer of change with a focus on Continuous Improvement of Performance, Process and Compliance.

* A proven track record of successful project management.

* A strong customer focus, with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
